Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at Wood Touch. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your items before shipment. Our product quality is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the items received, we can easily arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to seek a refund or store credit the purchased items within 3 days in their original state (opened and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from Wood Touch.
Note: Customer will be charged 20% Restocking Fee for Returned Items and No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders. Also customer will be charge 10% Fee to Cancel Orders.

Process of Return/Refund
We do not make refunds that are not in accordance with our policies. To protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Wood Touch can only provide exchange /reimburse you in the following cases:
• The package has arrived in a damaged condition (proof required).
• The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is required).
• The wrong product was delivered.
• Other (please describe).

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
